Session Flow

  1. In the first 1.5 hours, we would understand what hypnosis and self-hypnosis are.
  2. Then in the next hour, we shall describe our desired future, goal identification, goal assessment, and creating a task list.
  3. Framing suggestions for self and practicing the same 
  4. For the next hour, we shall do self-hypnosis and its applications
  5. Finally, doubt solving for the participants
