Overcome Anxiety, Stress and Fear resulting from COVID19 and Lockdown
This video based support group will help you address issues related to anxiety caused by the Covid 19 Pandemic. It is a safe place where you can share concerns, feel heard, and learn practical tools to manage anxiety, stress and fear.
Every Sunday: 3 pm to 4.30 pm and Thursday: 6 pm to 7.30 pm

The period of quarantine due to the global pandemic might significantly increase the rate of mental health issues even for a long run. A survey conducted in the USA showed that 6 out of 10 people are anxious due to the pandemic. Isolation might make people vulnerable to issues displaying a mixture of anxious and depressive symptoms, some rising to the level of PTSD.
What’s worse is that everything will look perfect on the surface. Most people won’t seek help because of the associated stigma and the fear of hampering their career progression making them demotivated and feel helpless. In today’s volatile and uncertain world, we want people to be motivated and happy. But all is not lost. It’s time to bring in the professionals.
